Email cognitusapps@gmail.com. Include your device model, app version, and a description of what happened. Do not send passwords or private authentication codes.
Location problems
Nomad Coffee requests location only when you choose the locate control. If access was denied, open the system Settings app, find Nomad Coffee, and enable Location While Using the App. You can still browse and search manually without location.
Report community content
Use Report beside a café or review. Reports are sent to the moderation queue. For urgent safety or privacy concerns, contact support directly.
Account deletion
Open your Profile, choose Delete my account, and follow the confirmation steps. The process permanently removes associated personal account data.
